Dwayne was the pastor who founded at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he was ordained in 2007. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne, in addition to being pastor, is committed to educating the younger generation. He is a member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He has written several online pieces and is also a contributing writer in Christ-Centered biblical counseling Change lives through God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne is married to Leslie. The couple has three kids.
